You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or any accounts or systems connected to the website.

4. Product Licensing

All products are sold with either a personal, commercial, or extended license as specified.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, or UPI.
As products are digital and instantly downloadable, no refunds will be issued once a product is purchased, unless otherwise stated.
In the event of duplicate transactions or technical errors, contact support at support@projecto.in within 3 days of the transaction.
Upon verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days from confirmation.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including product listings, designs, branding, and code, are the intellectual property of Projecto.in or its respective creators. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is prohibited.

7. AI Chat Assistance

The AI support chat is intended to assist with creative ideas, product selection, and guidance.
It may use third-party APIs like OpenAI and may not always produce accurate or reliable outputs.
You agree not to rely on AI responses for legal, financial, or critical decisions.

8. Affiliate Program

Registered users may join our affiliate program and earn commissions for referred sales.
Fraudulent or abusive affiliate activity will result in account termination and forfeiture of commissions.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, or that all content will be error-free.
